4.Property inspection:

5.Research and Property appraisal:

Once a suitable property has been identified, we will conduct due diligence and an extensive report which includes an appraisal of the property’s market value.  A property negotiation should never commence without this step being completed thoroughly.

6.Negotiate and settlement:

As your buyers’ advocate, we use our knowledge of the market to artfully and strategically negotiate the best deal possible for our clients. Once we negotiate the best possible deal for you, we are with you right to the settlement stage and beyond. This can be complicated with lots of paperwork and many players involved including inspectors, lenders, and lawyers.
